Abstract

The paper discusses the dichotomy between the 'metaphysical ascendancy' and postcolonial critical approaches, considering their implications for Aboriginal claims to sacred sites and referring to Mudrooroo's Doctor Wooreddy's Prescription for Enduring the Ending of the World and Master of the Ghost Dreaming.
