About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Sydney Studies in English publishes scholarly work on literature, drama and film in English. Its aim is to provide a forum for critical, scholarly and applied theoretical analysis of text, and seeks to balance the complexities of the discipline with the need to remain accessible to the wide audience of teachers and students of English both inside and outside the university.
Peer Review Process
Each article will be read by at least two referees.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
