Robert Jenkins, University of Tasmania

Robert Jenkins is an emerging scholar and writer with a fascination for late-Victorian and early twentieth century-fiction and the print cultures that produced it. He has just completed his PhD, “Processing Genre: Indian Adventure Fiction and New Imperialism, 1880-1914,” at the University of Tasmania. His MA thesis was on the short fiction of H. G. Wells, and he has published or presented papers on G. A. Henty and F. A. Steel.
