Abstract

Abstract: Increasing attention is appropriately being directed to reflective practice in medicine and healthcare. In this setting we present an innovative method, and specific tools, for self-reflection which facilitates deep and non-threatening thought and discussion. In addition, use of one of our tools allows recognition of all the components required in medical practice and supports optimal patient care as well as clinician wellbeing.
