It has come to our attention that some individuals have received emails purporting to be from IEJ:CP Editorial Board, requesting sensitive information such as login credentials, personal data, or financial details. These emails may appear convincing at first glance, often mimicking the design and language of legitimate communications.

Please be advised that these emails are not from our official channels. They are fraudulent attempts to deceive and exploit unsuspecting recipients. We take the security and privacy of our staff seriously and are actively investigating this matter to prevent further incidents.

To safeguard yourself and our organization from potential harm, we urge you to exercise caution and follow these guidelines:

• Do not respond to suspicious emails: If you receive an email that seems suspicious or requests sensitive information, refrain from responding and report it immediately to our IT security team.
• Verify the sender: Before taking any action, verify the authenticity of the sender by cross-checking email addresses and contacting the purported sender through known, official channels.
• Educate yourself: Stay informed about common phishing tactics and remain vigilant against potential threats. Training resources on identifying and handling phishing attempts are available through our IT department.
• Report incidents: If you believe you have fallen victim to a scam or have received a suspicious email, report it promptly to our team. Your vigilance can help us identify and mitigate security risks.
