The edited volume Critical Perspectives on Equity and Social Mobility in Study Abroad: Interrogating Issues of Unequal Access and Outcomes interrogates aspects related to cultural and socioeconomic dynamics that affect the access, outcomes, and experiences of students who participate or consider participating in a study abroad program. The authors of the chapters also successfully articulate strategies to integrate principles of social justice and equity into internationalization initiatives in higher education. This book is a timely and necessary contribution to the fields of higher education, internationalization, and intercultural communication.
