Monerolechia norstictica Elix from Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland is described as new to science. In addition, the new combinations Monerolechia californica (H.Magn.) Elix and M. glomerulans (Müll.Arg.) Elix are made and a key is provided for the three species which occur in Australia.
