Abstract

This discipline day session will be an opportunity for educators to discuss the challenges and opportunities of teaching, supporting & assessing large cohorts of mathematics, statistics and data science students. The session will include both short presentations and round-table discussion on themes including assessment of mathematics, statistics and data science at scale, capability building of teaching teams, supporting students and diverse cohorts at scale, managing the challenges and opportunities of AI, and opportunities for resource sharing.
