About the Journal
Established in 1953, the Sydney Law Review is a leading Australian generalist law journal with open access peer-reviewed content. Emphasising Australian law, the Review publishes high-quality, timely articles that make an original contribution to legal scholarship. As of 2025 (Volume 47) the journal is published online only and under a continuous publication model. Content is published into a single annual (January-December) volume that fills throughout the year as each new item is published (with final citation details being immediate).
