About the Journal

Established in 1953, the Sydney Law Review is a leading Australian generalist law journal, publishing four issues each year. The Review features original peer-reviewed articles, as well as review essays and book reviews commissioned by the Editorial Board. The Before the High Court column is a forum for some of Australia's leading academics to provide commentary on cases currently before the High Court of Australia. Students enrolled in the Sydney Law Review unit of study have the opportunity to publish case notes and law reform comments in the journal.
